Venue Rental

    • $300/hr venue rental

    • $25/hr per bartender (2 bartender minimum)

    • $100 cleaning fee

    • Up to 120 guests

    • Venue is closed to Java Grande guests

    • Does not include food and/or drinks

    • Price includes:

      • Use of the interior space

      • Tables and chairs

      • Bar and Coffee station

    • $100/hr minimum spend (tips not included)

    • $50 cleaning fee

    • Up to 25 guests

    • Venue remains open to Java Grande guests

    • Does not include food and/or drinks

    • Price includes:

      • Use of the interior space (within reason)

  • Are we allowed to bring our own catering?

    • For food, you have the option to bring your own or partner with us to have it catered at an additional cost.

    Are we allowed to bring our own drinks?

    • All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) must be purchased through Java Grande either through a drink package or individually.

    What's included in the rate?

    • For private events it is the space and bar staff, for non-private events it’s the space

    Do you offer or coordinate any basic furniture/staging setups? (e.g., cocktail tables, bar backs, mic/speaker setup, etc.)

    • If you require a different furniture layout or different table types we can source some temporary options. If you require AV equipment and/or a DJ that's something we can source for an additional cost.

    What are the options/costs if we want to brand or dress the space a bit more for the event?

    • If you're looking for something more elaborate we do have vendors that can create signage and decorate at an additional cost.

    Any restrictions we should know about for decor, or sound?

    • The only restrictions on decor is nothing controversial or vulgar that may bring harm to the Java Grande brand and the only restriction on sound is all music must end by 11pm
